 Here is my precious baby boy, everything is on track for a May 29th delivery. I am starting to obviously show (I realize now that random strangers feel completely comfortable asking me how much longer I have). 
This is my baby belly around the week 27, I am now almost 29 weeks. Fortunately the weather has been in the 70's for the past few weeks, so we have already made use of our grill and flip flops! :) 
About a month ago, my girlfriends from college, Lauren and Sarah, came to Texas to visit. We had an awesome time together including hours of talking and pedicures! 
A few weeks ago I went to Cirque du Souleil with my family. It was such an amazing show...I definitely recommend it, if you have the chance to go! I know it has been a while since I updated, but life has been great. This semester has been much smoother with teaching, I've got the hang of the curriculum, lesson plans and dealing with parents. I told my principal last week that I won't be returning because I plan to stay home with Baby Creighton. Pregnancy has started to get a bit uncomfortable, but nothing that won't pass. My friend, Christian had her baby last week and something about hanging out with her throughout the pregnancy and seeing Baby Rhett right after he was born has made my pregnancy so much more real and exciting. I am so ready to see what Creighton looks like, to hold him and learn his little mannerisms and personality. We started our birthing class 2 weeks ago and since we have discovered that Nathan and I are not very good students together. We get the worst case of giggles every time we are supposed to be serious and I am already completely lost when we get to the breathing part. We have four classes left, so hopefully I will figure it out before then. :) |
